92% of installs need zero electrical work — locks, doorbells, plugs, hubs, voice, cameras all install without it. Permanent LED roofline lighting uses a single existing outdoor outlet.
Minimal holes — and only where they last. Cameras and outdoor hardware get screw-mounted with weatherproof brackets built for -30 °C winters; we never trust adhesives outside. Indoors, anything with a battery option is mounted without drilling. If a hole is needed, we show you exactly where and ask first.
We test it before quoting. If it can't carry the load, mesh WiFi is a separate $400–$800 line item — your call.
Yes. Most homes end up split (Alexa in the kitchen, Apple HomeKit on phones). We make them play nicely.
Devices carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1–2 years). Our install workmanship is guaranteed 12 months — anything we touched, we fix free.
Installed price runs about $38/linear foot of roofline. Average Ottawa bungalow runs $4,800–$6,200 turnkey.
